Live Chat and CubeCart Integration

To add click-to-chat button to your CubeCart website you'd need to edit your skin template source files that can be accessed through your website file manager. To proceed with integration, do the following:

1. Follow My Account / Chat Button Codes page in your account and choose there 'Fully Featured Chat Button Code with Uploadable Online / Offline Images' or 'Pure JavaScript Live Chat Button Code'.
2. Now log into your website's file manager and follow there Skins / Your_Skin_Name / Templates.
3. If you cannot recall your skin name, you can check it in your CubeCart admin panel at Store Settings / Layout.
4. In Templates folder find main.php file, open it for editing in Notepad or another HTML editor and insert your chat button code into it.
5. Wrap the code into {literal}...{/literal} tags.
6. Save changes.

Note! The position and appearance of your live chat button can be updated on the Account Settings / Live Chat Window page in your account.
