New Operator Console 5.7.1 has been released.

We are glad to announce an official release of our new 5.7.1 operator console for Windows, Mac (only Intel based) and Linux. Lots of minor bug fixes have been implemented and a support for Mac Mountain Lion has been added. We would also like to focus your attention on new features now available in the 5.7.1 version. They include:

  • full screen mode for Geo location map
  • possibility to undock tabs and arrange them on the screen in the most convenient way
  • support for Hunspell spell checker engine, which uses Open Office dictionaries and thus can be set for different languages, including Thai and Russian
  • customizable Messages input area

We hope that new console version will make your customer support experience more pleasant and are waiting for your suggestions as to new features you would like to see in our operator console
