Now more burning hot keys are available to use within the Operator Console client.
The hot keys cover the most popular features and console options. Below you will find a full list of supported shortcuts.
We thank our dear customers, especially those of you who have inquired about this feature, for your patience, and hope this tiny addition to the service will make your life and experience with Provide Support software easier.
|Ctrl+Shift+S||Console Online / Away status switch|
|Ctrl+Shift+L||Console Log in / Log out|
|Ctrl+O||Opens console Options window|
|Сtrl+P||Opens console Profile Manager window|
|Ctrl+F||Opens Find dialog (can be used only in the Visitors tab)|
|Ctrl+R||Opens Canned Responses window|
|Ctrl+G||Inserts selected canned response into the message (available only when Canned Responses window is open)|
|Ctrl+D||Sends selected canned response (available only when Canned Responses window is open)|
|Ctrl+E||Let’s you toggle between chat tabs (at least 2 chat rooms must be open)|
|Ctrl+T||Let’s you toggle between tabs in the Info Pane|
|Ctrl+Shift+A||Accepts incoming chat (you must toggle to the chat room first and then accept it)|
|Ctrl+Shift+D||Rejects incoming chat (you must toggle to the chat room first and then reject it)|
|Ctrl+Shift+X||Closes current chat room|
|Ctrl+S||Opens Send File dialog (at least one chat room must be opened)|
