Multiple Simultaneous Live Chat Sessions

One operator can handle any number of live chat sessions at the same time. Each session runs in a separate room tab in the Operator Console. Operators can accept or ignore incoming live chat request by clicking on "Accept" or "Ignore" ("X") button in the room tab. Chat room tabs with new messages are marked with a blinking "envelope" image to attract the operator's attention.

Initiate chats with other operators in separate chat rooms to request assistance or exchange important information.

Transferable Calls

Unable to answer specific customer's question? Bring other operators into your chat or hand over conversations to other operators for additional help.

Proactive Chat

Invite your website visitors to chat with you in a private, one-on-one sales and support environment. You can send a proactive live chat invitation manually for each particular visitor and the visitor can accept it or decline.

File Transfer

Avoid blocking and deferring important documents sent via email by using File Transfer feature. Files of any type up to 100MB in size can be sent right through the chat. Your visitors won't need to switch to other applications to receive your price list, presentation, etc. Files can be transferred from both visitor's and operator's sides. But you can disable this possibility for visitors if needed.
