You can customize Operators list appearance in this tab.

Agents tab appearance

'Show Tool Bar' option enables / disables the toolbar above the Operators list in the Console.

'Hide operators who are offline' option allows displaying only online operators

All information checked in Operator Table Columns Visibility box will be displayed in Operators list columns.
