You can customize Visitors list appearance in this tab.

Visitors list appearance

Show Tool Bar option enables / disables the toolbar above the Visitors list in the app

Show only visitors who are currently in chat option shows in the visitors list only those visitors who are engaged in chats with agents

Show visitor's general info in tooltip option allows displaying a tooltip with general visitors details when the mouse cursor is positioned over the line with visitor's data in the visitors list
