File storage and display

General

Chat transcripts app supports storage of files sent in chat. The total size of files per chat is limited to 50 MB. The size of a single file is limited to 10 MB. All files that exceed this limit will not be stored and available for downloading in the chat transcripts app.

Files in chat transcripts app

1.The file exceeds the limit and cannot be downloaded

2.The preview is available for some types of media files

3.The file can be downloaded by clicking on the file link or "download" button
