Chat window white labeling feature allows doing the following:

•Removing "Powered by" label at the bottom of the chat window

•User-owned domain for the chat window link

•Uploading a custom company logo to the live chat window

This feature is available for all active accounts where a subscription has been purchased. You can remove 'Powered by" label on the Account Settings / Live Chat Window page in your account Control Panel

User-owned domain

This is a premium feature which allows moving the chat window link to the customer's domain. All network requests required for the chat window to function properly go through the customer's domain as well. The annual price for the custom domain feature is $49 per domain. To transfer your chat window link to the custom domain you need to do the following:

1.Create a dedicated subdomain for the chat link, e.g. chat.your-domain.com and let us know by contacting us in chat or by email

2.From our side we will provide you an IP address you need to add to your domain A-record and generate the invoice which you should pay from your account Control Panel

3.Let us know as soon as you set the A-record and submit payment for the invoice

4.Then from our side we will finish the setup process and notify you as soon as we activate your custom subdomain for the live chat window

The A record of the created user domain is directed to our server. From our side we generate the Let's Encrypt SSL certificate, which is valid for 90 days. From our side we automatically renew it before expiration to keep it valid. Since the domain is directed to our server, we have all necessary tools to make verification on Let's Encrypt services to get the certificate.

Custom company logo

You can upload your company logo as a header image to the live chat window. This feature is available on the Account Settings / Live Chat Window page in your account and you can test it during your free trial:
