Visitors

General

Real time monitoring results can be accessed in the Android operator console. They appear on Visitors tab. The following information about visitors is passed in real time:

•Country

•IP address

•Operating system

•Browser

•Current page

•Custom fields

Additionally, visitors in the list can be filtered: those who are chatting with an operator (highlighted with green) and those who are chatting with other operators (highlighted with yellow).

1."All" - in this tab all visitors are displayed. Visitors chatting with an operator will be highlighted with green and visitors chatting with other operators will be highlighted with yellow.

2."My Chats" -  In this tab only visitors chatting with an operator will be displayed

3."Other Chats" -  In this tab only visitors chatting with other operators will be displayed

4.Additional details - additionally you can open more detailed information from a menu about a visitor (General Info), visitor's navigations (Navigations) and proceed to a chat room (Show chat) if there is an active chat room for a selected visitor.
