How to add Live Chat tool to Pinnacle Cart website


Provide Support Live Chat can be easily integrated with Pinnacle Cart. The chat button code can be added through Pinnacle Cart Google Tools. Please note, for the purpose of integration you'd need to generate Provide Support floating chat button code - this way you will be able to define the position of your live chat button while generating the code. Follow the steps below to integrate the live chat service:


1.To start with integration, please generate the code for your live chat button. You can do this on My Account / Chat Button Codes page in your Provide Support account Control Panel. To generate the code, click  'Fully Featured Chat Button Code with Uploadable Online / Offline Images', scroll down and enable  'Generate a floating chat button code' option. After doing this, please define the vertical and horizontal position for your click-to-chat button.

2.Now follow Marketing / Google Tools in your Pinnacle Cart admin

3.In Google Tools open Analytics Tracking and enable 'Activate Google Analytics Tracking Code'

4.Now insert your Provide Support chat button code below the GA code.

5.Save Changes and check how the live chat button looks on your website

If you do not need GA code for your website, you can remove it and leave there only your Provide Support live chat button code. Alternatively, you can insert the code directly to your website source files. You can do this by editing theme files in Cart Settings / Appearance & Content / File Manager.

Please be advised: when inserting Provide Support live chat button code you need to wrap it into {literal} ...{\literal} tags.
