The installation for Ubuntu works through the command line. Please find the detailed instructions below:

Installation from the command line:

1.Run command sudo zypper install <Agent app link> to download and install the agent app

2.Enter your root password

3.The agent app will appear in your list of applications

Deinstallation from the command line:

1.Run command sudo zypper remove providesupportconsole  

2.Enter your root password

3.Confirm application removal by typing "Y"
