Modern Chat Window
Chat messenger is now available is a new design. It loads in an embedded window in the position where the chat button is added. It significantly differs from the classic pop up chat messenger which is currently used. Time stamps for all messages are enabled in embedded chat messenger by default. Thus some of the features such as operator greeting message, company logo which are available in classic chat messenger will not be available in a modern embedded chat messenger. By default new chat messenger has been enabled in all new accounts since October 1, 2018 .

How to enable new chat messenger design
1.In your account Control Panel follow Account Settings / Messenger Type page and choose "Use modern chat messenger" option
2.If you would like to test our new chat messenger internally, you can list IP addresses which the chat messenger will be visible from in the "Limit modern chat messenger visibility for testing purposes" field. Please note! You should enter one IP per line. If you leave this field empty, all your website visitors will be able to see new chat messenger design right after you click "Save" button.
