Provide Support and Google Analytics Integration Settings
Provide Support Integration with Google Analytics has the following features:
1.Tracking as events a number of initiated chats and a number of sent offline messages.
•Initiated chats – this event is pushed when a chat room is loaded, after a visitor has filled out your Pre-chat survey and clicked the 'Start Chat' button.
•Sent offline messages – this event is pushed on offline message sending.
In your GA reports you will see events information in Real Time under Events section and in Behavior / Events section, these details will be arranged by date.
Google Analytics Events Tracking
1.Tracking a number of the chat window loads. The number of Visitor Chat Window loads will be available in your GA admin in Real-Time / Content and Behavior / Site Content sections as visits for the following URLs: /messenger/your-account-hash.html or /messenger/your-account-name.html

Google Analytics Integration
To integrate GA, please do the following:
1.Enter your GA tracking ID to the 'Google Analytics Tracking ID' field
2.Define Category, Action and Label names for 'Chat Started' event settings. This event will show the number of initiated chats. Category and Action fields are required
3.Define Category, Action and Label names for 'Offline Message Sent' events settings. This event will show the number of sent offline messages. Category and Action fields are required
4. You can use this command to reset your GA Integration settings to default
