It includes different settings such as operator login, password, name, operator picture or photo, welcome message, collection of predefined answers, etc.
You can use one account on any number of web pages or different websites without any additional costs. Each operator can download and install operator console on any number of computers.
Extended subscriptions include discounts of up to 45% compared to monthly subscription. For example, when you choose annual billing period, your price would be 45% less then the total costs for one year if paid monthly. Prices for different account types and billing periods with discounts are summarized in the table above.
Your subscription will be renewed automatically at the beginning of the next billing cycle.
