Operator List View A table that contains information about all operators in the account if the stand-alone Operator Console is logged in. It is located in the Operators tab of the console Info Pane. For each operator his/her current status, nickname, full name, list of assigned departments, email and the number of current chats are available. The list can be sorted by any column, additional actions (inviting operator to chat and initiating operator-to-operator call) are available via context menu and Operators toolbar. |  |
