1.Log into your Provide Support account Control Panel

2.Follow there My Account / Chat Button Codes page and copy Fully Featured Chat Button Code with Uploadable Online / Offline Images

3.Log into your Yahoo Small Business Store Dashboard

4.Follow there Websites / My Websites

5.Click Manage Site / Edit Site

6.In the top menu click Settings and choose Pro Settings

7.Insert your chat button code and click ‘Save’

8.Ensure chat button is not covered by website elements. If it is, adjust its position on the Account Settings / Visitor Live Chat Messenger page

9.Publish your updates
