Logging in

General

To login to the account Control Panel, please open our home page , click "Login" button in the website header and type your

•account name

•account password

on the Customer Login form and press Login button.

Possible errors

Account doesn't exist

If the account name you've entered to the Customer Login form doesn't exist in the system, you'll receive a message "No such account: "your-account-name"".

Account doesn't exist 

Possible reasons:

1.Please ensure that there are no typos in the account name you've entered

2.Account name and Operator login are different. Please ensure, that you don't mix them up

Incorrect password

If the account password you've entered to the Customer Login form is incorrect, you'll receive a message "Incorrect password".

1.Passwords are case sensitive in our system. Please check if you don't mix up upper case and lower case letters

2.Passwords for account Control Panel and agent app are different. Please ensure that you don't mix them up
