Provide Support, LLC announces the hiring of Charles Rocha as its new marketing manager.
NEW YORK, NY, January 31, 2005 - Provide Support LLC, headquartered in New York, has recently hired Charles Rocha of Redmond, Washington as its new marketing manager.
Rocha will be responsible for market research and promotion of Provide Support's hosted chat service. In addition, he will write documentation, ads, press releases, and technical articles on customer support chat technology, and oversee the Provide Support's current marketing campaigns and explore new marketing strategies.
According to Sergey Skugarev, CEO of Provide Support, growth in the chat service industry has necessitated hiring a marketing manager.
"The number of our competitors has increased in recent months," Skugarev said. "Businesses are starting to realize the value of having live support chat on their websites, so a lot of people are rushing-in to offer their own chat services. We offer a well-tuned, mature product. We want new adopters of live chat to know about us."
A native of California, Rocha received with a master's degree in English at Central Washington University in Ellensburg, WA. He also holds a bachelors degree in English and Business Writing, and an associate's degree in electronics engineering.
"I'm really excited to be joining Provide Support," Rocha said. "They have a great product, but the enthusiasm of the team is what attracted me the most."
Along with his academic accomplishments, Rocha has 15 years experience in electronics engineering and communications technology. He has worked for Icom America, Kenwood USA, and Central Washington University.
In his off hours, Rocha writes science fiction and teaches courses in English and Humanities at local colleges and universities.
