Visitor List

Visitors list of live chat Operator Console

Click 'Navigations' button in the toolbar to view the chosen visitor's navigation history
Use 'Find' button to perform a search in the Visitors list. Cells containing the text you are looking for will be highlighted with green
Use 'Proactive Chat' button in the toolbar to proactively invite the chosen visitor to chat
Click a column header to sort the list ascending/descending by data in this column
Click 'Co-Browser' button in the toolbar to initiate a co-browser session with the chosen visitor
See the keywords your visitors used to find your website through search engines. Click the keyword to open the search engine and perform the same search
