The survey will be displayed to your clients after the live chat session is finished or when your client clicks 'Rate Support' button in visitor's popup chat messenger.

You can choose from three Post Chat Survey themes created for you by our designers or customize the existing survey theme with your own colors and images, set of questions and mark grades, survey window size and other properties and upload it to your account as a set of HTML pages and images packed in a ZIP archive.
