Supervising operators

There is no special Administrator Operator profile in our system. Nevertheless you can monitor other operators in real time if necessary. You need to login to the console using certain operator's login and password. You'll see all chats of the operator.

If you need to supervise several operators, you need to create profiles in the console for each of them and open needed profiles. A separate instance of the console window with separate tray icon and settings will be opened for each profile.

Note! Please be careful when logging in using other operators' login information. Make sure that your console won't be online when the operator goes offline as you will still receive chat calls. To avoid this  please setup your console to login in Away mode.
